Terms & Conditions
Clear, thoughtful booking terms so everything feels easy from the first enquiry to the wedding morning.
Booking fee
A non-refundable £50 booking fee is required to reserve a date and is deducted from the final cost.
Bridal party changes
Adjustments are possible up to 6 weeks before the wedding. Within 6 weeks, the full quoted balance is still due regardless of any reduction in party size.
Assistant fee
An assistant fee of £50 per assistant applies when required. This remains due if the assistant is cancelled within 6 weeks of the wedding.
Travel
A travel fee applies for locations outside a 15 mile radius of CM3 5TR at £0.60 per mile. The client covers fuel, parking, tolls and accommodation. A £30 fee applies for mid-morning venue changes.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation within 1 month of the wedding: 100% of the balance is due. Within 3 months: 50% of the quoted balance is due. Within 6 months: the booking fee only is retained. Beyond 6 months: no further charges apply. The £50 booking fee is always non-refundable unless Dannielle cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
Postponed bookings
A postponed booking can transfer to a new date, subject to availability. Original pricing will be honoured when the wedding is rescheduled within the same calendar year.
